Unused credit packs
You may request a full refund within seven days of purchase if the entire credit pack is unused. This policy applies to the one-time credit pack, not to printing costs or services purchased elsewhere. Please do not use the pack while your refund request is being reviewed.
How to request a refund
Email support@racecheerkit.com with your order reference and the email used at checkout. Send the request within seven days of purchase. Do not include card details, passwords or photographs of identity documents. We verify the order, account ownership and credit usage before processing the request through Waffo.
When a refund is completed, the credits from that purchase are withdrawn. Your bank or payment provider controls when the money appears back in your account; an application or review notice is not confirmation that a refund has completed.
Used packs and payment problems
A pack that has been used is not eligible under the unused-pack policy above. If you were charged twice, did not receive your credits, or believe the service was not provided as described, contact support so we can investigate. Do not make another purchase while payment confirmation is pending.
Failed AI generations
A failed AI generation returns its reserved credits. That credit return is separate from a cash refund. A completed generation uses the displayed credits even if you prefer a different creative direction.
Cancellation and your rights
Credit packs are one-time purchases with no subscription or automatic renewal to cancel. This voluntary policy does not limit any rights or remedies that apply under consumer law.
