What you receive

Race Cheer Kit provides a digital sign-making tool and downloadable files. You are responsible for printing, paper, boards, scissors, assembly and bringing your sign to the event. We do not print, ship or provide on-site cheering services.

Your content

Only upload photos and other material you have permission to use. You retain your rights in your original content. You permit us and the service providers described in our Privacy Policy to process that content as needed to provide the features you choose. Do not use the service to create unlawful, abusive or infringing material.

Review before printing

Review names, wording, photos, image quality, page size and printer settings before printing or paying a print shop. AI results can contain mistakes and are not guaranteed to preserve every personal detail. Event rules and local conditions may limit the signs you can bring. We do not guarantee that a runner will see a sign.

Credits and purchases

Free template editing and downloading do not require a paid credit pack. When available, optional AI features use credits. The pack price, number of credits and generation cost are shown before purchase or use. Packs are one-time purchases, with no subscription or automatic renewal. Credits are not cash and cannot be transferred or redeemed for money.

A failed generation returns its reserved credits. Re-downloading a design does not use additional credits. A completed AI generation uses its stated credits even if you prefer another creative direction. This does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.

Guest access

Guest access depends on the session in your browser. Link Google before clearing browser data, signing out or changing devices. A payment email alone does not prove ownership of an account. Keep your order reference if you need support.

Payment issues and refunds

Do not make another purchase while payment confirmation is pending. If a payment succeeds but credits are missing, or a generation fails without returning credits, contact support with the order reference. Paid checkout remains disabled until the refund policy, merchant support details and payment integration are finalized. No limitation here overrides mandatory consumer rights.

Availability and support

Features can be temporarily unavailable. The service is provided subject to applicable law; we do not promise uninterrupted access or a particular race-day outcome.
