Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 2, 2026

Race Cheer Kit helps you create personal race-day signs and downloadable craft materials. This policy explains what information is used while you do that.

Your designs and photos

When you edit a template, your draft and uploaded photo are stored in your browser. Photos are resized in your browser for use in the design. Clearing browser storage removes the local draft.

If you choose Save to my account, your design, including its photo and text, is sent to our server and stored with your account in Supabase. Saved designs are not intentionally published to a public gallery. Please upload only images and content you have permission to use.

Optional AI

AI generation is an optional feature. While it is unavailable, no AI request is made. When enabled, the generation action sends the story and selected image to OpenRouter and its OpenAI provider using GPT Image 2 to create your result. OpenAI processes API content under its API data policies. We do not promise zero retention; avoid uploading sensitive information. You can use your original photo and edit templates without using AI.

Accounts

Google sign-in uses Google and Supabase to authenticate you. We receive an account identifier and the profile information made available by that sign-in, such as your email address. We do not receive your Google password. Guest accounts use a browser session without requiring a Google account. Losing that session can prevent access to guest designs and purchases.

Payments

When credit purchases are enabled, Waffo processes payments through its hosted checkout. Payment details are entered with Waffo, not into our editor. We retain order identifiers, the account the purchase belongs to, payment status and credit records so we can provide the purchased service.

Essential storage and service logs

Browser storage and authentication cookies support drafts, sign-in and account access. Our hosting and infrastructure services may process request details and technical logs needed to operate and protect the site. We do not currently install optional advertising or analytics trackers.

Retention and deletion

Local drafts remain until you remove them or clear browser storage. Account designs remain until deleted or until a deletion request is processed. Order and credit records may need to be retained for accounting, disputes or legal obligations. No fixed automatic deletion period is promised at launch.
