Acceptable Use Policy

Race Cheer Kit is for personal race-day signs and craft materials. Keep every creation suitable for a public, family-friendly spectator area.

What is prohibited

• Pornography and NSFW content: sexual or nude imagery, sexual exploitation and sexualized edits.
• Violence and gore: graphic injury, threats, violent wrongdoing and instructions or encouragement to self-harm.
• Hate speech: hateful, dehumanizing or discriminatory material targeting protected groups, and extremist propaganda.
• Child-unsafe content: child sexual abuse material, sexualization or exploitation of minors, grooming and any other abuse of children.
• Deepfakes and impersonation: face swaps, nudification, fabricated intimate scenes or material deceptively showing a real person saying or doing something they did not say or do.
• Copyright and trademark infringement: unauthorized use of protected characters, logos, branding or other material you do not have permission to use.

Photos of real people

Upload only your own material or photos for which you have permission from the people shown. Do not upload another person’s photo without their consent. Permission does not allow prohibited face swaps, intimate scenes or deceptive impersonation. A photo can be used unchanged in a sign; AI transformation is optional.

AI and moderation

When AI generation is enabled, illustrations use OpenAI GPT Image 2 through OpenRouter. Prompts are checked using Waffo Prompt Sift before generation. Generated images undergo a separate automated image review using OpenAI GPT-4.1 mini through OpenRouter before being displayed. A blocked request or unavailable safety service does not produce an image; reserved credits are returned. Automated checks can make mistakes.

Race Cheer Kit has no public gallery. Technical moderation records are retained for troubleshooting, reports and review. We may review reports, remove stored content or restrict an account for misuse. We do not promise that automated checks detect every violation.

Report a concern

Email support@racecheerkit.com with the relevant design or order reference and a description of the concern. We review reports, investigate the affected content and take action where appropriate. Please do not email illegal imagery.

Enforcement

We may block generation, remove violating content or suspend access for policy breaches. Repeated or serious abuse can result in account termination, subject to applicable law and any required refund rights. Reports can also lead to changes in our filtering rules. Contact support if you believe a restriction was applied incorrectly.
